Injuries include: Large and complete tear of the supraspinatus muscle tendon, partial tear of the inferior portion of the infraspinatus muscle tendon, subacromial impingement and SLAP tear. Repair include: Resection of the biceps tendon, tenodesis, repair of the rotator cuff with anchor sutures and debridement of labral fraying.
